At ARCHEVE, we are committed to providing a fast, secure, and reliable shipping experience.
All orders are shipped from Italy via DHL, an internationally recognized logistics partner known for efficiency and sustainability.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods (sales, holidays, special launches), processing times may experience slight delays.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time until delivery.

DELIVERY TIME
Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance or peak seasonal periods (holidays and promotions). We are committed to meeting expected timelines and keeping you informed of any updates.
Estimated delivery times are:
_Italy and Europe: 1–3 business days
_Rest of the world: 3–5 business days
We hope you are fully satisfied with your ARCHEVE purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned:
_in their original condition
_with all tags attached
_in the original packaging
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, used, or damaged (including those with strong odors) will not be accepted.
Products marked as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return or refund.
If you wish to return an item from within the EU, please contact us, including your order number and the details of the item(s) you would like to return.

Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Care team for assistance with the return process.
Upon request, we can provide a prepaid return label. In this case, a €45 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Once your return has been received, our team will inspect the item(s) and process your refund.
REFUNDS
Please note that original shipping costs and any duties incurred by ARCHEVE to deliver your order are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund processing may take up to 14 days from the date the returned package is delivered to our warehouse.
Refunds are issued only after the returned items have been received and inspected. If the return shipment is arranged by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the package is delivered correctly and on time.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the refund has been processed, the timing of the credit may vary depending on your credit card provider or payment platform. Orders paid via PayPal will be refunded to the original PayPal account.
Please note that any differences in refund amounts due to currency exchange rate fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
